First held in in 1992, this is the very first festival of its kind in the Czech Republic. Responding to the constant demand from audiences for concerts of sacred music thematically linked with Easter – an important period of the liturgical year – the Easter Festival of Sacred Music remains unique in Central Europe, an international project dedicated solely to sacred music that showcases novel programming and outstanding performances.
The Easter Festival of Sacred Music will be held from March 29 to April 12, 2026.

In 2026, the Easter Festival of Sacred Music will reach its 33rd year, its fulfillment in the Christian tradition.
We firmly hope that in the years to come, the Easter Festival concerts will continue to ring out Brno churches and other venues, gladdening the hearts of their listeners.
