Špilberk International Music Festival

A traditional open-air music festival, which annually brings unforgettable musical evenings in the large castle courtyard to the inhabitants and visitors of Brno. In addition to large symphonic works, it also offers connections with other genres under the summer sky, and thus tries to make classical music accessible to those who might not otherwise be able to access it.

Before the concerts, transport to the Castle from 6.30 pm is provided by KIA cars operated by PEMM, a partner of the festival. They depart from the entrance area at the lower end of the park on Husova Street (opposite Pražák Palace).

Bus route no. 80 runs to the Castle from the Česká stop every 30 minutes: on the hour and half-hour until 21.30.
Buses depart from the Castle back to Česká every 22nd and 52nd minute. The last departure is at 21.52.
