We are truly sorry, but as a result of the epidemiological situation we have been forced to postpone or entirely cancel our planned concerts. Due to the transition to a higher level of PES, we are forced to close our Ticket office until further notice.

More information on how ticket fees are returned:

We will return ticket fees for individual tickets purchased for Filharmonie concerts. We will be able to return the cost of the ticket beginning on the day after the cancelled concert was supposed to have taken place. Compensation for subscription tickets will be calculated once the government measures have been withdrawn in accordance with the final number of cancelled concerts.

External organisers have their own measures in place regarding compensation.

  1. For technical reasons, tickets purchased at the Filharmonie Brno ticket office in cash or by card can only be returned at the ticket office.
  2. Tickets paid for by card online when purchased via the Filharmonie Brno website will have the charge returned to your account on request. Please sent requests for a returned ticket fee to the e-mail address: predprodej@filharmonie-brno.cz
  3. Tickets paid for using an invoice will have the charge returned to your account on request. Please sent requests for a returned ticket fee by emailing: predprodej@filharmonie-brno.cz
