We will refund the tickets for individually purchased Filharmonie Brno Concert Tickets. Compensation for subscription tickets will be calculated after revocation of the government calculates according to the number of canceled concerts received.
External organizers solve compensation in their own mode.
- Tickets purchased in Ticket office of Filharmonie Brno, paid in cash or credit cards due to technical reasons can only be returned in Ticket office (after opening).
- Tickets bought by online credit card purchased through the Filharmonie Brno website will be returned to your account. Please send your requests for refund to e-mail: predprodej@filharmonie-brno.cz
- Tickets paid by invoice can be returned upon request. Please send requests for return to e-mail: predprodej@filharmonie-brno.cz
