Filharmonie Brno
conductor Robert Kružík

Filharmonie Brno has long supported young performers, providing them with the incentive they need to develop their artistic potential. This concert offers the opportunity to prize-winners of major international competitions held in Czechia to perform as soloists with a professional ensemble. Presenting their art will be the overall 2021 and 2023 winners of Amadeus, the Brno Mozart-themed competition for young pianists (Denis Stefanov and Alexander Kothera respectively), the winner of the 2023 Leoš Janáček competition Ondřej Sejkora (a member of Filharmonie Brno’s double bass section), and the winner of Concertino Praga, whose name we’ll learn in September 2024. Join us and enjoy cutting-edge performances by artists whom we may soon be encountering regularly on prestigious concert stages.

The concert purchased from 27 May 2024.
