London-based vocalist Imogen Ryall is not only exceptional on her home stage for her brilliant command of the full range of jazz vocals, her highly developed talent for improvisation, her excellent scat and her extraordinary work ethic, but also, not at all common among jazz vocalists, her great poetic talent and therefore her ability to write excellent song lyrics. She is not just any songwriter”, she also writes verses for other performers and provides lyrics for original instrumental compositions by world composing aces of the calibre of Larry Goldings or Carly Bley.

 

The concert can be purchased as part of a full subscription at the Ticket office of Filharmonie Brno on Besední Street and online from 27 May 2024.
The concert will be sold separately from 17 June 2024.
