If you’d like to experience musical meditation, imagination and relaxation, as well as practising your yoga breathing techniques, you should take part in this unusual evening. The Mozart Effect runs for around 75 minutes, during which our musicians we will take you on a journey to the realm of intimate, chamber Classical music (not just Mozart’s), and help you relax to the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, koshi chimes and other exotic instruments. Surrounded by these carefully chosen pieces of music, you will have the opportunity to look into your soul and nurture your inner child.

The programme is perfect for lovers of Classical music and those who would like to work on their self-development – their inner work.

1. Meditation – yoga techniques and sound therapy I 30 minutes

This meditative sequence combines breathing exercises, gentle movement, and sound stimulation using instruments. The aim is to prepare the body and mind for a profound musical experience.

2. Music therapy concert I 60 minutes

Reception of musical works, use of breathing techniques, inner calm and relaxation; music therapy techniques of musical imagination, working with the inner child, movement relaxation.

The concert is without intermission. Yoga mats, cushions, and chairs are available, but you can also bring your own mat. Please bring scarves, which will be used during the evening.
