The year 2026 marks the 100th anniversary of the birth of Allen Ginsberg, the most prominent figure of the so-called Beat Generation, and 2027 marks the 30th anniversary of his death. At the end of January 2027, Philip Glass will celebrate his 90th birthday, and in June of the same year, Laurie Anderson will celebrate her 80th. In 2027, we will commemorate the 120th anniversary of the birth of aviator Amelia Earhart and the 90th anniversary of her death. However, anniversaries are not the main focus of this concert…

We are reserving subscription seats for Season 70 subscribers until May 29, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.

Subscribers will be notified by email about how to reserve their subscriptions for the new, 71st season (no later than April 28, 2026).

Starting April 28 or once the reservation is created, you can renew your subscription online.

Subscription sales at the Brno Philharmonic box office begin on May 11, 2026, at 8:00 a.m.

The concert is available for purchase AS PART OF AN SUBSCRIPTION starting April 28, 2026 (ONLINE), and in person in box office starting May 11, 2026.

You can purchase the CONCERT SEPARATELY or as part of the cost-effective “CUSTOMIZED SEASON” starting June 8, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. (online and in person).
