Filharmonie Brno is jubilating! It is turning seventy, which is just a number in the case of the orchestra. She is still young, fresh, inspiring. And it loves its young and old listeners, for whom it has prepared spectacular celebrations: it will recall important moments from its rich history. Be with us!

This time we recall how in 1996 (i.e. 30 years ago) the longest-reigning monarch of Great Britain, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, visited the Besední dům, the seat of the Brno Philharmonic. We cannot offer you the festive banquet that was prepared for her at the Besední dům, but you can expect a lot of beautiful festive music!

For children, a music workshop will be held in the foyer of the Besední dům from 9:15 am (free admission and no registration required). Adults can attend an expert lecture at the same time.

You can buy the concert as a part of the of the subscription (FAMILY SUBSCRIPTION / ENTERTAINING) till the first concert of the series.
You can also purchase the concert separately or as a part of a special package called “TAILOR-MADE SEASON at any time during the season.
