Filharmonie Brno has long supported young performers, giving them the impulses needed to develop their artistic potential. The Concert with Laureates gives winners of major international competitions held in the Czech Republic the opportunity to perform as soloists with a professional ensemble. The absolute winner of the Brno Mozart Competition for Young Pianists Amadeus 2024, Maciej Ścierski, will perform, as well as the winner of the Leoš Janáček Competition 2024, Yan Mařatka, who will take the solo part in the clarinet concerto Luminarium by his father Kryštof Mařatka, an internationally renowned composer. The winners of the Prague Spring and Concertino Praga competitions, whose names will only be announced after the catalogue closes, will also be given a place. Come and listen to the top performances by artists with whom you may have we will soon encounter at the prestigious stages.

When on sale?

You can buy the concert online from 29 April 2025 (8am) and at the Brno Philharmonic pre-sale from 12 May 2025 (8am).

In case you plan to create a tailor-made Season, in which the amount of your discount is influenced by the number of concerts and in which you want to have concerts bound in subscription series that will be released for sale later, you can book a concert. Reservations are set for a period of 30 days. You can then extend your reservation to include additional concerts while your reservation is valid.
